Lots of us have problems sleeping from time to time, but for people with mental health problems these sleeping problems are more common and can make their difficulties worse. 

Some simple changes can make a big difference in how well we sleep.

This workbook explains the principles of sleep hygiene. The booklet is easy to follow and should be self-explanatory.
